The compressive element also stimulates blood flow which can help prevent the build-up of lactic acid during and post activity. This reduces the prospect of cramp and stiffness whilst also aiding recovery from injury.

WEAR INSTRUCTIONS: release advanced straps. Wrap around calf/shin with UP logo to the top. Adjust to required tension and close with Velcro. Place advanced straps over injury and adjust tension to desired level. Ensure support does not restrict blood flow.
